I love this store. I occasionally go there to kill time on lunch breaks...except for the cashiers. They move and interact at a glacial pace with zero sense urgency. I almost called the fire department out there to check some pulses.

Man, oh man, where to begin? This place is an absolute mess. I told myself I wouldn't shop here anymore, and now I remember why. I always get suckered in by those PromoCodes! I got a good deal on a computer, but when I was asking about the mouse and the keyboard, they told me it would come with the one that was displayed. Low and behold, when I get it home, it has a cheap keyboard nowhere near the quality of the one displayed. When I emailed the manufacturer, they told me to go back to my reseller, which was Fry's. Fry's then told me that's the mouse and keyboard combination that comes with all of their units. This is interesting to me, since upon further investigation, EVERY other retailer sells the same computer with the advertised keyboard and mouse combo FOR THE SAME PRICE! Fry's trying to cut corners. I am going to keep the computer, strictly since I don't want to have to deal with returning it and waiting to get my money back just to turn around and buy it from another retailer since I spent so much time getting this computer set up with all of my personal information. This will be the last time I go into this store unless they make an effort to right this wrong. I have spent thousands of dollars in here on TVs, computers, displays, etc, and that's the last straw. I will drive the extra few miles to go to Best Buy.
Also, my parents bought an appliance and saw that Best Buy had the same appliance for cheaper but that's okay cus Frys actually DOES do price matching so we were able to walk out with extra cash saved from that purchase.
We bought a washer/dryer from here that was $100 less than the same exact washer/dryer from Home Depot!
Great place to get your hands on everything electronic. Amazon is great but you can't beat holding something in your hands and checking it out before you buy it. Love this place.
They have pretty awesome deals and a wide selection of options.
My husband and I shop here often for movies and electronics. We are always greeted when walking in and haven't been through a time where staff wouldn't go the extra mile for you.
I gave 3* instead of 1* with hope that they are actually early generation robots that just need some fine tuning.
Nice selection,but you won’t leave with what you want for the price you saw online they will say “oh that’s a special order” even if they have the exact same product in stock and have you wait 7-14 days for it. Horrible customer Service, so if you call to ask if your product has arrived yet they will put you on hold for a while then tell you no and hang up without even letting you ask something, kind of ruins the whole experience, just drive the extra mile to a Best Buy and price match.
