Customer Service at this store is a mixed bag. Elizabeth at the Customer Service counter & Nitu in the Front End were both stellar--friendly, professional & expedient. Kristen (sic) in Cosmetics, was a completely different story. First, she greeted another customer who was just walking by, very warmly & enthusiastically, while completely ignoring me, as I was actually browsing in the Cosmetics section & standing closer to her than the passerby. Second, I approached her & she still didn't initiate a conversation (sale). I asked her if this store carried a particular product. They carry the line, so my question was relevant & it's very feasible for them to carry it. After giving me an extremely condescending split-second once-over (third), she decided it would be alright to answer me with a dismissive one-word answer (fourth). She didn't even bother to ask me anything further, based on what, I assume, my appearance presented as this morning (fifth). Not that that type of attitude is acceptable anywhere, but this is Kohl's, not Sephora. Even if I'd happened to stumble across the product, I wouldn't have purchased it this morning. I wouldn't want to contribute to her numbers/goals, given her attitude. She proved that she doesn't lack customer service skills-- it would just seem she dispenses them in a discriminatory manner. Truly disappointing.
The best thing going for it is the customer service and you can charge your vehicle while you wait from a free blink charging station.
Amazing savings here! Very kind staff and the store is organized to its fullest potential. Definitely going back again!
Love Kohl's for all the deals available, but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us with a locked cabinet...all while three workers were chatting about Game of Thrones at customer service not more than 20 feet from us. Am avid viewer myself, I understand the excitement of the show; however, we were customers awaiting assistance, and they were doing nothing to help us.
A lot of choices to make. Any style you looking for is definitely gonna be there. Like it!!!
