I have been going somewhere else and wasn't fully satisfied. Decided to try somewhere new and I'm blown away at what a great job they did! For the same price I got such better quality of an interior and exterior wash. I feel like I have a new car! Plus they were so nice and friendly, and their VIP program is attached to the person not the vehicle. So if you have more than one vehicle in your family you can bring them and still accumulate points towards discounts and free washes. And when we left they give you a free bottle of water :-) what a great place. I highly recommend it.
Excellent customer service! The manager, Al, is knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and help if there is an issue. I've had only one small issue in the many times I've visited this location, and he was very friendly and helpful.
Great staff. Fast, professional, understands customer needs and exceeds customer satisfaction standards. I use my vehicle for my business and I don’t trust anyone else. They make me feel like I’m driving a dream every time I leave and remind me of how my vehicle was when I first got it. Incredible.
Good quick car wash. They could be a little more meticulous than they are. They rush, so a lot goes undone. I could wash it better myself but I go here when I don't have the time to do it. Overall, they do a pretty good job.
Talked with them prior to dropping my truck to ensure to have it by a particular time. Was assured numerous times it would happen. When I try to get my truck at the agreed upon time they inform me they need 15 more minutes followed by "is that Okay". When I told them no it wasn't they put more people on it and got it out to me in 7 minutes. Good way to save themselves but if you can not have a vehicle completed by an agreed upon time, just let that be known up front.
